Sun. 11/5 & 11/12, 10:10-10:50 a.m., Fellowship Hall Have you heard about Creating Spaces but are unsure what it’s about or how you can participate? In May we had gatherings to share how the body can rise up in unity and support “Creating spaces to reach more faces.” Whether you’re new since then or just weren’t able to come, would you consider joining us in the Fellowship Hall between the 9 and 11 a.m. gatherings on 11/5 or 11/12? On both of those Sundays, we’ll have one-hour worship gatherings immediately followed by an opportunity for you to find out more about the Creating Spaces campaign and how you can join us. Please consider coming for one of these two weeks!
Fri. 11/3 - Sun. 11/5, Maranatha Bible Camp With all the busyness of life and family, it's sometimes hard to take time out for the things that matter most. Our Marriage GetAways are designed to minimize distractions so you can get away, quiet down, and hear God speak in a beautiful setting. Speakers are Bryan and Patti Clark of Lincoln Berean. You will also hear stories of hope from other couples that are seeking God's leading in their marriage. The GetAway begins Friday with supper and ends Sunday with lunch. Starting this week, we’re trying out a new day for our weekly staff meetings – Tuesdays from 1:30-2:30p (instead of Monday mornings). Please note that our office is closed during this time each week.

Fri. 10/27, 5:15-7:15 p.m., Lincoln School Would you like to show love to our neighbors by helping with Trunk or Treat? There are 2 easy ways you can help: (1) Sign up in the foyer to decorate the trunk of your vehicle and hand out candy the night of the event. (2) Donate candy for the event in the foyer. Sunday 10/1, after each gathering, foyer The Gideons North Platte Camp places Bibles locally in motels, hospitals, and nursing homes and distributes pocket-size New Testaments to area schools. Gideons look forward to greeting you in the foyer after each gathering to tell you how the partnership of Gideons and churches makes this possible.
