Here at Sola we love students, having fun, and most of all, Jesus. We strive to create a safe, fun environment for students to connect with each other and be taught the Word of God. We don’t want to teach moralism, but help each student develop a faith and relationship that centers on Christ and His glorious Gospel. We strive to make the beauty of Christ non-ignorable in our students’ lives.

Our weekly gatherings

Middle School (grades 6-8) and High School (grades 9-12) meet from 6:30-8:30 p.m. every Wednesday night. All students start off at The Garage Cafe (at 7th & Vine St) but we split up the Middle School and High School soon after for game time. High School then goes straight into a teaching time after a quick game before middle school joins them in the auditorium for worship through singing together. After worship, high school heads to their small groups that are divided out by grade and gender and middle school stays for a teaching time before they also split up and conclude the night in small groups! We really believe that this structure helps create opportunities for students to have fun, hear Truth, and to build relationships with their small group leaders and peers and ultimately grow in their relationship with Jesus!

There is a Middle School gathering at 11 a.m. in the Garage Cafe (7th & Vine St.) We usually have a quick game or activity, teaching, and then finish with small groups. Our desire for High Schoolers is that they would prioritize being a part of the large gathering while also getting involved in serving in one of the many ministry areas as well.

Please note: We encourage all students to prioritize and attend one of the three large worship gatherings with their family (9 a.m., 11 a.m., or 6 p.m.). Middle school students who only come at 11 a.m., please consider worshipping with your family instead of coming separately to the Middle School gathering – we truly believe that experiencing the life of the church will be much more beneficial to your growing relationship with Jesus.

Sunday Nights

High school students (9th-12th grade) are welcome to attend our Sunday night theology group from 7 to 9 p.m. that Currently meets each week in the Garage Cafe, except for the last Sunday of the month. This is an opportunity for students to continue to grow in their relationships with Jesus Christ by processing through and discussing the deeper truths of God, in a very intentional setting. Contact Andrew for more details – send an email or call the church office (308-532-7448).
