Cleaning Out the Mailboxes and Lost-and-Found

Mon. 8/13
Have you checked your mail lately? In the foyer, across from the information center, we have mail folders for everyone to use, sorted by first letter of your last name, along with a couple cubbies for lost-and-found. To make sure we have room in the lost-and-found, we will be thinning out unclaimed items on Monday, August 13. So before then, please stop by to pick up any items that belong to you! Items remaining on the 13th will be donated to charity or discarded.

Creating Spaces Refresher

Sun. 7/29 & 8/5, 10:10-10:50 a.m., Garage Cafe
Have you heard about Creating Spaces but are unsure what it’s about or how you can participate? In May & November 2017 we had gatherings to share how the body can rise up in unity and support “Creating spaces to reach more faces.” Whether you’re new since then or just weren’t able to come, would you consider joining us in the Garage Cafe between the 9 and 11 a.m. gatherings on 7/29 or 8/5? On both of those Sundays, we’ll have one-hour worship gatherings immediately followed by an opportunity for you to find out more about the Creating Spaces campaign and how you can join us. Please consider coming for one of these two weeks!

Let’s Help Save Lives

Thu. 7/26, 1-7 p.m., Fellowship Hall
Together let’s roll up our sleeves and help save lives! Each pint of blood we collect can help save up to three lives and will touch the lives of so many more. What a great way to pay it forward and make an impact on people in our community and across the country. Let’s show our community and the patients in need of blood just how much we can do. If you would like to donate, volunteer, or have any questions please contact Emmalee Burke. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of something that has such a tangible lifesaving impact!
