Thank You For Blessing Our Community

Once again, this year North Platte Berean opened our doors and our hearts to serve a traditional Thanksgiving meal to our friends and neighbors in the community. If you were one of the many people who helped to set up, provide food, serve, clean up or welcome and visit with those who attended, we want to say THANK YOU! The Share the Blessing Meal is an opportunity each year for our body to come together and reach out in a very tangible way to joyfully bless our community. Your willingness to be a part of this effort is deeply appreciated.

Office closed for Thanksgiving

Thu. 11/23

Our office will be closed Thursday, November 23, in observance of Thanksgiving.

Service Opportunities

Share the Blessing Meal

Tue. 11/21, 5:30-8 p.m., Fellowship Hall

The time is almost upon us! Will you help us share the love of Jesus? Each year our church family provides a traditional Thanksgiving meal for those in our community who may be away from family or alone at this time of year. You or your Grow Group can help by praying for those who will attend, signing up to help provide or serve the food (visit npberean.org or the table in the foyer), and joining us for the event!

Share the Blessing Meal

Tue. 11/21, 5:30-8 p.m., Fellowship Hall

Will you help us share the love of Jesus with others? Each year our church family provides a traditional Thanksgiving meal for The Connection homeless shelter, the Salvation Army, and anyone else in our community who may be away from family or alone at this time of year. You or your Grow Group can help by:

  • Praying for those who will attend, that God will draw them to the event and use the event to draw them to Him.
  • Signing up to help provide or serve the food – just click here or come to the table in the foyer.
  • Joining us for the event! A vital part of the meal is our church family sitting, eating, and talking with those we’re seeking to bless.

Women’s Craft Event

Sat. 11/18, 6 p.m., Fellowship Hall

Join us for a fun evening of making crafts. We’ll have several craft kits available to choose from, ranging from free to $10. Make one, or make them all! Visit the table in the foyer to sign up, or contact Ruth Chadwick or Becky Hopkinson.
