Office Staff Transition

After 12 years of faithful service, Anita Lehman (Financial Secretary) has taken a FT job opportunity with a financial company in town. While we’re sad she’s leaving our office team, we’re sending her out with joy and confidence, knowing God will use her in her new role. When you call or drop by the office now, you can ask for Liza Smith or our newest admin – Amy Woods. Amy joined our team in June, and we’re thrilled to have her on-board!

Children’s Ministry Orientation & Tour

Sunday, July 19, 11 AM, Student Garage
100 years from now the only thing that will matter is someone’s relationship with Jesus Christ. That’s why we do what we do in Children’s Ministry.   Each week dozens of volunteers make potentially lasting spiritual investments as they partner with parents in leading kids into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Some work directly with kids and others invest their time and talents behind the scenes to make what happens on Sundays possible. Come find out where you might fit by participating in the Children’s Ministry Orientation and Tour on July 19th at 11:00 in the Garage/Cafe.  You could make a difference in someone’s eternity!

Office Closed

Thursday, July 2
The office will be closed this Thursday, July 2, in observance of Independence Day.

Day of Giving

Sunday, May 17

The Connection: http://www.knopnews2.com/home/headlines/The-Connection-Shelter-Gives-Residents-Hope–282095811.html
NPBC Benevolence Ministry: https://vimeo.com/127636194

Jesus was rich, but for our sake He became poor (2 Cor 8:9). This is a huge part of why we encourage investing regularly in the mission of NPBC, and it’s why we’re excited about our upcoming Day of Giving!

On May 17 we who have much will have an opportunity to sacrificially follow Jesus’ generous example. On this special day, our extra contributions designated “Day of Giving” will be used to bless three important ministries here in North Platte – Deborah’s Legacy, The Connection, and the benevolence ministry here at Berean (funds will be split 40/40/20). We will be having another planned Day of Giving in the fall to bless the Women’s Resource Center, the Gideons, and our benevolence ministry.

Would you prayerfully consider how you can cheerfully and sacrificially give?

For more information, check out the videos above, visit npberean.org/organizations-we-support, or contact the office at 308-534-7448.
