Berean Women’s Overnighter

Friday, February 12 – Saturday, February 13
What are you hoping for in 2016? If your dreams for the year include new connections with others at Berean, deeper friendships, and a closer walk with Jesus, then we have something we know you won’t want to miss. It’s called the Berean Overnighter and it is a time when you can break away from your normal routine for less than 24 hours to enjoy fun, food, friendships, and growth in your spiritual journey. The theme this year is “Come as you are, Leave renewed,” and that’s just what we hope you will do. For more information, come talk to us in the foyer on Sunday.

Annual Giving Statements

We sent out the 2015 giving statements a few days ago. If we have your email address in CCB, we emailed your statement; otherwise, we mailed it to your home address. Please contact Allie Shaw if you did not receive yours. If you do not have access to email, feel free to contact the office. Thank you so much for your faithfulness in giving to NPBC!

What are we about here at NPBC?

Sunday, January 31, 11 a.m., Family Matters
Do you consider NPBC to be your church home? If so, Partnership Exploration is for you! Come find out more about us and explore how you can be actively involved in our mission of leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. RSVP at tiny.cc/paex, or write “PE” on the OTHER line on your ConnectCard.

Start Here

Sunday, February 7, 9 a.m., 252
Elementary Parents: Plan to attend Start Here with your child next Sunday morning at 9 a.m. downstairs in 252. You’ll come away with tools that will help you talk to your child about the gospel and help your child understand more fully what it means to trust Jesus as Savior. If your child has already taken that step and is ready to be baptized, you’ll also want to come together to Start Here. Start Here is an excellent opportunity for the church and parents to partner together in leading our children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Connect in a GROW group this season

Sunday, January 24 – Saturday, April 23
It’s here! Our next GROW group season is starting, so now is the best time to connect in a group. Talk with people you know, try out a couple groups, then commit to one for the season. To find available groups, check out the group search on our web site (npberean.org/connect/grow-groups). If you need help finding a group, fill out an interest form at tiny.cc/ggneeded (hard copy available at the information center). Questions? Contact Dan Smith.

SOLA MS Winter Retreat

Friday, January 29 – Sunday, January 31
Our middle school students are heading to Maranatha Bible Camp for a weekend retreat. This is a great opportunity to step out of the hustle and bustle of school and sports to get alone with God, connect with one another, and enjoy a refreshing escape of fun and silliness at camp. Our main speaker, Mozart Dixon, will be sharing about the authority and power of God’s Word in our life. Don’t miss this opportunity! For more information, contact Amy in the church office.
